Mr. Romanoff is an Associate Attorney and a member of our Business and Tax Law Practice Group and our Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Asset Preservation Practice Group.

Born in Washington, Pennsylvania, Mr. Romanoff graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Economics, in 2000. He then attended Florida State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2003. While at Florida State, he was a member of the Florida State University Law Review. He then attended the University of Villanova School of Law where he was awarded a Masters of Law in Taxation degree (LL.M.).

Mr. Romanoff was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2003, and the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2004. He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council and is the current President-Elect of the Board of Directors/Young Lawyers Division.
